Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions as, by using the services of Poshpaws Play Paddock (Us), you (the Client /Customer) are agreeing to them and are bound by them.

Terms & Conditions

 

  • While public liability insurance is held, Poshpaws Play Paddock/ Yvette ORourke/ land owners are not responsible for any customer or pet during the hire of our field. Use of the Field is entirely at the client’s own risk.

  • The Landowner / Poshpaws Play Paddock/ Yvette ORourke accept no liability for the death of, or injury to, any person/dog, or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred by the client during the use of the field.

  • All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owner’s risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.

  • Payment of the full fee is required when booking and is non-refundable unless the hire is cancelled before 48 hours of the allocated date and time.

  • No booking is valid without payment.

Dogs Wellbeing 

 

  • All dogs must be up to date with relevant vaccinations, parasite and worm treatment, before visiting the site.

  • The dog’s owner/handler is responsible for their dog at all times on site. Poshpaws Play Paddock and all associated parties will not be held accountable for any dog escaping the site. 

  • The client must ensure that they are happy with the security of the field in relation to the dogs in their care.

  • All dogs must be healthy and fit before using the field.  If your dog or any dog it lives with is showing signs of ill health, you must cancel your booking. We will be happy to rearrange the booking for a more appropriate time.

Customer Expectations

 

  • You must have exited the field within your agreed time allocation so it is vacant for the next person’s booking. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and will be discouraged from booking again.

  • If the client/customer arrives late, the booking cannot be extended unless the next slot is booked online, subject to availability.

  • Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog’s owner.

  • It is the responsibility of the dog owner to clean up after their dog. Please take waste bags away after your allocated time has expired 

  •  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the gate is locked using the padlock whilst on site.

  • No litter is to be left in the field.

  • The field is strictly a no smoking area.

  • No dog water or poo bags are provided so please bring your own.

Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Payment for field hire is made at the time of booking.

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your slot time, unfortunately cannot be refunded.

The Field

 

Any booking does not in any way create rights to the land for any customer. The booking agreement is an arrangement to hire the land for a specific timeframe and upon expiry of that time, the customer must exit the site. The field is inspected regularly but please notify us if you have any concerns.

Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), fence height, equipment etc.

During adverse weather, the field can become muddy so we advise customers to wear suitable footwear.

Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times, but please respect neighbouring properties.

Obstacles & Equipment

 

Any obstacles are used entirely at the dog owner’s risk.

​

 

Padlock Code

 

We send a valid padlock code out to confirmed booking customers through a confirmation email. 

The code is changed regularly and only customers registered on the booking are allowed on site during the allocated time.

​

  

Your Data

 

We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking, or to advise of promotional offers. The information is not shared with any other parties.

​

 

Summary

 

We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the customer expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Poshpaws Play Paddock/ The landowner/ Yvette ORourke.
